Call for Papers

Invitations for submission of full papers will be sent to authors whose abstracts are accepted by the Technical Committee by March 2, 2015. The submitted papers will be reviewed prior to final acceptance for inclusion in the conference proceedings. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference in order to upload a final paper and to be invited to make a presentation in the technical program.

Authors of accepted abstracts must submit their full paper by May 30, 2015, along with at least one full conference registration. Authors are expected to present their paper during the conference.

Full papers will be reviewed for clarity and technical merit. In cases where the reviewers feel revisions are necessary, reviewers’ comments will be provided by June 30, 2015 and reviewed papers are being due not later than July 17, 2015. Accepted papers, for which at least one author has registered for the conference, will be included in published proceedings of the conference on a USB key, which each registrant will receive as part of their registration fee.

Final decisions regarding the technical merit, relevance, and assigned session topic for accepted papers are the responsibilities of the Technical Committee.
